This notice is to inform you that the hotel reservation cut-off date with the Embassy Suites Orlando-Lake Buena Vista South is OCTOBER 14, 2013. After October 14, 2013, the hotel may NOT be able to offer the discounted group rate of $99.00. They will take reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis until they are full, and those could be at their regular rate. Once they have reached capacity for the conference dates, they will not be able to accept any more reservations, regardless of your conference affiliation.
We are really looking forward to seeing you all in November! Please don’t wait until the last minute to make your hotel reservations!
