Your Roadmap to a Successful P.E.A.K. Week
Day 1: May 17th
After a warm welcome and thank you from FBA’s CEO, Sabrina Wall, we’re kicking day one off with CFB (Certified Franchise Broker) education, keynotes on leading through change, small group discussions, and speed networking with other brokers and franchisors.
Our first day together is for both brokers and franchise sales reps to learn the best strategies for growing your sales and business more effectively!
There will also be opportunities to win raffle prizes - we’re giving partial flight compensation, free tickets, and one night’s stay for FBCE, plus more up for grabs!
Meet Our Keynote Speaker
Leading with Purpose: Leading Through Change and Uncertainty – A conversation around key actions and factors when leading others through change and times of uncertainty. Learn specific steps for establishing trust early in the relationship to help lead people through large life changes and decisions.
As chief operating officer (COO), Mary oversees the ongoing business operations within Neighborly. Working hand-in-hand with 13 brand presidents, she leads the execution of strategies. Prior to her appointment as COO, Mary served as executive vice-president of Neighborly and president of Mr. Rooter® for nine years. Mary served eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a logistics officer. She began franchising 25 years ago as a multi-unit franchisee at Cookies by Design. As a franchisee, Mary’s locations led the company in market penetration and sales, earning numerous top performer awards. After successfully selling her franchises, Mary joined the corporate headquarters to build their field support program, eventually leading the brand as its president.
Day 2: May 18th

Discovery Day…a favorite for past P.E.A.K. attendees! Franchise brokers will hear from a handful of sponsor franchisors every hour and get an overview of the 30+ brands they could introduce to clients. Day two is an opportunity for brokers to experience the franchise brands more tangibly and quickly.
