Franchise Brokers Association (FBA) and its agents and employees has the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs, images, and or video(s) taken of Franchise Brokers Conference and Expo’s (FBCE) and its attendees for any legal purpose including, but not limited to, publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. FBA and its legal representatives are released of all claims and liability relating to said photographs, images, and or video(s).

Furthermore, FBA reserves the right to use any statements that were given during an interview, with or without attendees’ name, for the purpose of advertising and publicity, without restriction. There is no compensation for these photographs and video(s). FBCE Attendees have no rights to them and are participating as a volunteer.
