Last year’s Exhibitor “Speed Networking” event was such a success that we are going to do it again! If you are not familiar with it, it is based upon the popular “speed dating” model, where each broker will get to spend at least five (5) minutes seated in front of the exhibitor’s exhibit space listening to a brief presentation by the exhibitor. At the end of the five (5) minutes, a sound will signify that the brokers will need to move on to the next exhibit. We have streamlined the process so that it will flow more smoothly and efficiently.
Instead of the unstructured format of a traditional Exhibit Show, brokers and exhibitors will have guaranteed face time with each other. The Exhibitor “Speed Networking” event will be spread out over the first two (2) days of the Conference, November 10th & 11th, and the exhibitors will be free to leave on Tuesday evening, thereby necessitating less hotel stay and travel time for the exhibitors. Also, the exhibit space layout is formatted to accommodate this year’s networking theme so there is no need for exhibitors to bring a large booth display, thus saving additional fees in shipping and freight. We are pleased to offer this exciting platform for exhibiting and networking at this year’s Conference.
