The event will be hosted at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando, Florida — a premier destination known for its beautiful grounds, resort amenities, and proximity to local attractions.

Registration is open exclusively to active, paying members of the Franchise Brokers Association (FBA) — including brokers, franchisors, and agents.

Yes! Additional team members or guests can attend if they are part of an active FBA member organization. Each attendee must register individually under your company’s membership and may inquire about additional fees.

Yes. Your conference registration includes breakfast, lunch, and evening receptions on all official event days. Additional meals or activities outside of the conference schedule are at your own discretion.

We recommend bringing:

• Up to two retractable banners max to display beside your table (each banner cannot exceed 2 ft wide)
• A postcard-sized, one-page marketing piece for brokers to take
• QR codes linking to your website or other helpful resources
• Small, memorable branded items that attendees will keep
• Individually wrapped mints or candy
• Useful wellness items, such as Liquid I.V. packets or energy patches

Please note: Exhibitors may not distribute food or beverages from their tables. The hotel charges additional fees for food and beverage distribution.

Exhibitor table setup and conference registration begin at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 8 after you check in and grab your name badge(s).

Brochures and other marketing materials may be displayed at your table. You may also distribute them to brokers during scheduled appointments, expo hours, and networking opportunities.

Shipping instructions will be provided at a later date.

The number of brokers you meet during the expo will depend on how many appointments you schedule. You will also have opportunities to connect with brokers during meals, outings, educational sessions, and other networking activities.

The event app is scheduled to launch in late August or early September. Through the app, brands and brokers will be able to request and schedule appointments with one another.

To make the most of the conference:

• Schedule appointments before the event.
• Prioritize brokers who have submitted Territory Checks or Franchise Requests that have not moved forward.
• Connect with both newer brokers and experienced senior brokers.
• Use meals, outings, educational sessions, and other conference activities as additional networking opportunities.

Yes. Please submit your proposed raffle or giveaway item to the FBA Events Team in advance.

Conference days: Business attire is recommended. You may also wear your company’s branded shirt with professional slacks.

Dress is business casual during the day and business or cocktail attire for evening networking events and dinners. For our awards ceremony, formal attire. Be sure to check the agenda for themed or special events that may include fun attire suggestions!
